Return Policy
You may return any item purchased on our Web site. We do not refund shipping charges. Shoes must be returned in their
original boxes, but the shoe boxes cannot be marked by shipping labels, markers, tape, etc. Pending inspection, a refund
or credit will be issued to you using the following policy:
Online returns
- Returns on shoes bought at full price (in stock shoes, back order shoes, and waitlist shoes) that are returned within
25 days of the invoice date, unworn, in condition to be sold as new, will be refunded in full.
- Shoes bought at full price (in stock shoes, back order shoes, and waitlist shoes) that are returned after 25 days of
the invoice date, unworn, in condition to be sold as new, will be accepted for store credit only.
- Sale shoes must be returned within 25 days of the invoice date, unworn, in condition to be sold as new, and will be
accepted for store credit only.

DO NOT PLACE LABEL OR WRITE DIRECTLY ON THE SHOE BOX. Use the shipping box provided or heavy wrapping paper.
Please note: damaging the shoe box or returning shoes in boxes other than the shoe and shipping box provided may result in
an additional charge.
