Thanks to Kasi for pointing me in the direction of KathrynKerrigan.com, a site specialising in stylish shoes for tall women. Kerrigan herself is a 6 feet tall former basketball player with size 11 feet, and she started the business because she was tired of the lack of beautiful shoes in big sizes. Sizes range from 6 - 13 and the collection is more stylish than many rivals, recognising that tall women do sometimes still want to wear heels.
