Kathryn Kerrigan is a serial entrepreneur, AI strategist, and marketing executive with 20+ years building brands from zero to scale. She founded her first company at 23 with just $30K and grew it into a $10M direct-to-consumer brand — one of the first dot-com fashion e-commerce companies — earning national recognition from Inc. Magazine and Crain's Chicago before selling the business to Amazon.
She went on to lead large-scale e-commerce and technology initiatives at Royal Caribbean, then founded UnKommon Revolution, an AI consulting firm serving Fortune 2000 companies and government agencies. She pairs creative storytelling with deep technical fluency across ML, NLP, and computer vision — and real operational P&L experience.
Kathryn is also the founder of Encourage Resources, helping businesses understand, support, and engage neurodiverse employees so they can do their best work with confidence — positioning her as both a tech entrepreneur and a leading voice on workplace neurodiversity.
